Earlier today, the people at Rinjinbu Translations released a full translation patch for the first disc of the PSP visual novel Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai. It covers the main story, but not the sequel ('Tsuzuku') or epilogues. The patch can be downloaded from their site. As of this writing, they note that the patch contains a few bugs which prevent it from working with PSP hardware. They are working to correct them.
The two OreImo PSP games were made by Namco Bandai and Guyzware, and released between 2011 and 2012. From what I can tell, the first one had a content rating of CERO B, while the sequel got a content rating of CERO C. They have not yet been officially released for any other console or device. Fortunately, there's a number of PSP emulators. A related licensed game called OreImo Happy End exists for Playstation 3, though as of this writing, fans have not yet tried to translate it.
