All of my saved game data, gone. Please help.

So my dog (Great Dane) sat on my outlet, unplugging my ps4 as it was turning on. I had to reconfigure everything when I turned it on. I sign into psn, okay. I fire up fallout, only to find that my saved data is all gone. Open up battlefront, gone. Is there anything I can do to get it back? Or have I just lost hundreds of hours of gameplay?
Edit: Everything seems to be in order, except for fallout. Fallout isn't in my online storage, but neither is battlefront, and my battlefront data is intact. Could anyone shed some light on this?
